Monday Blues

I was just getting ready for classes today and noticed the Monday Blues were creeping in. It reminded me of something my Sensei says to me,

Remember, we control our thoughts. They only control us when we let them. Use your thoughts like a magnet, attracting only the things you want by focusing on them. Concentrating on what you don’t want will only attract more of the same.

If your thoughts aren’t helping you, try some different ones. It might not seem easy, but whats the alternative? Looking forward to classes tonight,
